All athletes intending to tryout for volleyball for the Fall 2019 season will have to have a physical completed PRIOR to trouts in August. No physical…no tryout! When you have the Physical form completed, you will then need to upload it as part of the USC Athletics Registration. The physical form can be found on the FamilyID page (continue reading to learn about FamilyID).
Visit https://upperstclairathletics.com and click the “More” tab towards the top of the page. Under “Registration” click “Register my athlete”. This will take you to the NEW FamilyID site the District is using to upload physicals and register athletes for the upcoming seasons. Here’s where you find the link: “PIAA CIPPE Section 6 physical form”.
Read all of the information, however, don’t be confused by the “You can begin your registration by clicking here”…it doesn’t work. To begin registration, click the “Create an account” tab at the top/right portion of the FamilyID page. That will get you going. Be prepared with your child’s medical insurance information and their USC Student ID. Good luck and don’t shoot the messenger!
